Receptionist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties.  


Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office 

- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office 

- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls 

- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable 

- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email 

- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries 

- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing  


Experience: - Previous experience in a receptionist role preferred

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

- Strong data entry skills

- Excellent customer service skills

- Ability to operate multi-line phone systems

- Knowledge of medical or dental office procedures is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent  


Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour  


Expected hours: 40 per week

Education:

• Secondary School (preferred)  


Experience: • Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
